Hall County Park

Gate Times

The Hall County Park has two main seasons, with different gate times for each. April 12th through October 15th our gates are open for picnics and camping from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily (or 7 days a week). In case of an emergency when the gates are closed, there are instructions at the gate.

Winter hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM from October 14th through April 11th (Monday-Friday, closed weekends). Walk-in visitors to the park are also welcome during the season.

The Hall County Park does offer a parking area just east of the main gates for walk-in parking. The lot has posted hours and only authorized vehicles are allowed to use the parking lot after hours. This lot is used in the summer by campers who would like to return to the park after the main gates are closed at 8:30 pm.

From November through April, the park gates are open Monday through Friday at the posted hours. The park will be closed for holidays during this winter season. Anyone wishing to walk, hike, or ski while the main gates are closed are welcome to use the walk-in parking area during the posted hours.

The walk-in parking lot's posted hours are enforced and all unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
