Services Provided

The 911 Communications Division receives and dispatches emergency calls for 20 area public-safety and public-service agencies and departments. The division also administers the city-county voice communication systems.
The Civil Preparedness Division administers the emergency civil preparedness program for all of Hall County. This includes the local emergency operations plan, public warning system, emergency public information and resources.

Both divisions operate from the Emergency Operating Center which is maintained in a state of readiness at all times to respond to emergencies and disasters.
