You are eligible to vote in Nebraska if you live in the state AND you are a citizen of the United States AND are at least 18 years old or you will be 18 by the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November of this year AND you are not a felon, or you are a convicted felon who has completed your sentence AND you have not been officially found to be non compos mentis (mentally incompetent.)
You will be asked to provide your first and last name and middle initial, your date of birth, your place of birth, your Nebraska Driver's license number, the last four digits on your Social Security card, your address, and your signature. You will also be asked to select a party affiliation. Additional information you may provide includes phone number, cell number and email. The registration application also includes an eligibility oath for you to read and sign.
