  • Mail-in voter registrations must be postmarked by the third Friday before the next election.
  • In-person voter registration at our office ends at 6:00 P.M. on the second Friday before the next election. This includes registration changes such as name, address and party affiliation updates.
Note that the following fields for the Voter Registration form are required:

  1. Age Verification & Citizenship at the top of the form
  2. Last Name
  3. First Name
  4. Middle Initial
  5. Residence Address
  6. City
  7. Zip Code
  8. Nebraska Drivers License # or Last for digits of Social Security #
  9. Postal Address if different than residence
  10. Date of Birth
  11. Political Party Affiliation
  12. Signature
