  • This form is for use by Deputy Registrars (volunteers who are trained and certified to register voters.)
  • To find out when the next Deputy Registrar training is being held, call 308-385-5085.
  • Application forms may be emailed to tracyo@hallcountyne.gov or mailed to Election Commission, 121 S. Pine Street, Grand Island, NE 68801.

  • Mail-in voter registrations must be postmarked by April 26, 2024 to vote in the May 14, 2024 Primary Election.
  • In-person voter registration at our office will end on May 3, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. (including registration changes such as address updates).
Note that the following fields for the Voter Registration form are required:

  1. Age Verification & Citizenship at the top of the form
  2. Last Name
  3. First Name
  4. Middle Initial
  5. Residence Address
  6. City
  7. Zip Code
  8. Nebraska Drivers License # or Last for digits of Social Security #
  9. Postal Address if different than residence
  10. Date of Birth
  11. Political Party Affiliation
  12. Signature
Beginning January 15, 2024 you will be able to download an Early Voting Application for May 14, 2024 Primary Election from this page.

  • Registered voters can make requests until April 26, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. for early voting ballots to be mailed.
  • All ballots must be returned to the Election Office by May 14, 2024 at 8:00 P.M. to be counted.
  • For your convenience, a drop box for your voted ballot is located at the east entrance of the Hall County Administration Building at 121 S. Pine Street.
All fields on the Early Voting Application are required.

  1. These forms are in .PDF format. If you do not have software to read these files, you can download the free Adobe Acrobat reader from Adobe's website.
  2. These forms cannot be filled out online. They must be printed off and physically signed and then returned to the Election Commission's Office by mail to 121 S Pine, Suite 8, Grand Island, NE 68801; FAX to (308) 385-5071; email to elections@hallcountyne.gov; or hand delivered in person.
