Become An Election Worker
Serve your community and your country by serving as a poll worker. You must be a registered voter in your county, or a 16- or 17-year-old who is not yet registered, but who wants to assist in the election process. Complete the application below and contact the election office to schedule a poll worker training, typically held about two weeks before each election. This is a paid position for the training and for working on Election Day.

Be a Deputy Registrar
Take a one-hour training and become a deputy registrar to register voters anywhere in Nebraska. To find out when the next Deputy Registrar training is being held in Hall County, call 308-385-5085.
Once you are training and certified you may assist in voter registration drives, or even host your own by completing the following application to hold a voter registration event. Application forms may be emailed to tracyo@hallcountyne.gov or mailed to Election Commission, 200 S. Sycamore St., Suite 8, Grand Island, NE 68801.
